How To Play

You are a warlord leading a mighty army! Assemble squads of heroes, soldiers, and dangerous beasts, then send those squads into battle against other armies. Your units will fight through your opponent's defenses and destroy the army's morale -- but the opponent's army will be seeking to do the same to you.

Choose your forces carefully -- your victory depends on exploiting your opponents' weaknesses and getting strong cards into play as quickly as possible.

Starting the Game

Here's what to do first:

1. Register and activate your account.

2. Choose your faction -- human or elf.

3. Create and name your avatar.

4. Create and name your first squad.

5. Go to the Battle Viewer and fight your first battle.

6. After the battle, click on Battlegrounds to find new challenges, click on Marketplace to get new cards, or click on Forums to discuss Warstorm.

What Do I Do Now?

You've played through the first mission chain, and you're wondering what to do next. Here are some possibilities:

1. Challenge other players to Player vs. Player battles in the Battle Menu.

2. Climb the rankings with Ladder Matches in the Battle Menu.

3. Buy new cards and trade them with other players.

4. Join leagues and tournaments.

Leagues, tournaments, and other Player vs. Player matches will help you earn achievements which can earn you free reward packs and special cards!

If you're having trouble with the game, there are several things you can do.

1. If you have a question about how the game plays, you can ask about it in chat or in the General forum. Another user or a dev will be able to answer.

2. If you've encountered a bug that affects gameplay in general, you can post about it in the Support forum.
